The Kumaon, Binsar

I had a wonderful stay at the resort nestled in the Himalayas. The rooms were spotless and had a beautiful view, though I did notice some privacy issues due to the side window facing toward the communal walkway. The service was exceptional; everyone was so accommodating and warm. The location is simply stunning, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, making it a great spot for excursions. However, I felt the dining experience could use improvement, especially the breakfast options. Overall, it’s a great value for the price considering the amenities and views.

My stay at this resort was quite pleasant, with beautifully designed rooms that offered a cozy atmosphere and a lovely fireplace. However, despite the overall luxury, the heating system could use some improvement. The service was excellent from Isha and her team, making my experience even better. On the downside, the view from my room wasn’t as spectacular as I had hoped, but the ambiance certainly made up for it.
